Betty and I met a young man named Jude at the Ribfest. He said he just got saved for the second time in his life last week. These churches must not be using the Law like Jesus did or he would have realized his guilt before God. All these kids (probably ages 17-20) thought they were going to heaven. If you preach the gospel, PLEASE be sure to use the Law which will bring knowledge of sin. Read up on Gal. 3:24, Rom. 3:19,20, 1 John 3:4, 1 Tim. 1:9,10, James 2:10, Acts 28:23, 1 Tim. 1:8, Rom. 7:7, Ps. 19:7.SPURGEON SAID, "I do not believe that any man can preach the gospel who does not preach the Law. The Law is the needle, and you cannot draw the silken thread of the gospel through a man's heart unless you first send the needle of the Law to make way for it."
